Spary’s Inn in Kammern
A few kilometres further on, in Kammern, slowing down is the order of the day. For 23 years, the innkeepers at Spary’s Inn have been serving selected local produce, including game and crayfish. The inn’s reliance on traditional strengths, such as the use of exclusively Austrian products, personal service for their guests and partners and the fulfilment of individual wishes, has earned it two toques.
