Honey, liqueurs & cosmetics from the Stabler organic apiary
Three generations, one goal – a passion for sustainable quality. The Stabler organic apiary offers:
- BIO Bärenfang – fine honey liqueur with spices
- Organic creamed honey with pumpkin seeds – refined and regional
- Natural cosmetics and care products from our own production
Certified organic since 2020. All bee products are created with care, expertise and attention to detail.

Erzberg tunnel mushrooms
Extraordinary king oyster mushrooms grow deep in the Erzberg tunnel, in a perfect climate with spring water, mountain air and minerals. This makes them not only regional, but also unique in flavour.
DECLEVA'S Alpine fish
Fresh, clear and Styrian. In Leoben, DECLEVA'S breeds fine Alpine fish in the purest spring water, sustainably and with utmost care. Quality you can taste.
Black walnuts from the Thalergut
Out of love for the region. Homemade delicacies are created here, from pickled black walnuts to fruity spreads. Regionally processed, with a great sense of flavour.
Lierzer's premium berries
Fresh strawberries, raspberries and blackberries - seasonal, regional and high quality. Berry products such as juices, wines and spreads are available all year round.
Tom und Harry Beer
Two men, one mission: With their regional, seasonal craft beers – brewed CO₂-neutral – they rank among Styria’s most popular microbreweries. Scoring 95 points for their “Rauschfrei” at the 2025 Falstaff Beer Trophy, they also brew Austria’s best alcohol-free beer.
